We recognise the huge importance that good, honest, quality and reliable suppliers have on our business. Therefore, our supplier approval process is incredibly thorough. All suppliers have the Global-Gap (or Produce Assured in the UK) accreditation and all are audited on a regular basis by us and third parties.
We have invested heavily in the technical side of the business. Our customers need assurances that all products are grown according to current legislation and in a safe, environmentally-friendly and ethical way. All our products are fully traceable back to source.
Moon and Evison is accredited to the Marks and Spencer “Field to Fork” protocol.
